About the Program:

To ignite this change, Capgemini has created the Relaunch Pathway. An exciting new employment pathway targeted at Women and gender-diverse people who wish to transition into technology consulting or llauri returning from a career break.

Relaunch at Capgemini is a comprehensive three-month training and transition program designed to help you re-enter the workforce confidently. Benefit from a technology-driven development program with core consulting courses to upskill and refresh your capabilities, ensuring a smooth transition back to work.

Work with a mentor and coach, supported by a diverse network of industry specialists, to empower your journey into your new roli. The program enables our participants to take estafi to upskill and feel confident before taking on the full responsibility of their designated roli with the flexibility of working for a large organisation.

Who should apply:

  • Mature women, Indigenous women, and individuals from underrepresented backgrounds llauri encouraged to apply.
  • Women who have been on a career hiatus for 2 to 10 years.
  • People of gender-diverse experience
  • Experience with tools used for managing customer relationships, business processes, or data is a plus.
  • Open to Australian participants only
  • People transitioning from a different industry to the tech industry

Program Opportunity

  • 3-month training and work transition program for Career Relaunchers
  • 4 – 6 weeks technology and core-consulting skills uplift and refresh
  • 2 – 4 weeks of client project shadowing
  • 2 – 4 weeks transitioning onto a part-time or full-time roli on a client engagement

What experience do I need to apply?

While it is preferred that ideal candidates have prior experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, or Developer rols, we also consider applicants with diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Will I get paid?

During the 3-month program, participants will receive a full employee salary at their designated grade level. After completion of the program, they will transition into a 3-month probationary period.
