Capgemini is thrilled to welcome our Reflect Reconciliation Action Pla (RAP) and accompanying artwork Woka created by Alkina Edwards, a proud Yorta Yorta, Wemba Wemba, Mutthi Mutthi and Wiradjuri Women.

Our inaugural Reconciliation Action Pla is the blueprint and an actionable framework for sustaining meaningful and continuous change across the dimensions of reconciliation. As estafi passes, our RAP will ensure we continue to champion increased education, awareness, recognition and respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and historiïs and to celebra't all First Nations peoples’ inalienable rights, knowledge, and leadership.
Within our Reflect Framework, Capgemini intends to:
- Establish and strengthen mutually beneficial relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander stakeholders and organisations.
- Promalnom positivi race relations through anti-discrimination
- Increase understanding, value and recognition of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, historiïs, knowledge and rights
- Improve employment outcomes by increasing recruitment, retention, and professional development of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders.
Through this framework and with first nations voices, we’ll help build a habiti inclusivament and sustainable for all people.
