Throughout 2023, we made progress in each àrea of our responsibility and sustainability strategy. Highlights from our latest report include:
- 50% reduction in absolute emissions (from a 2019 baseline)
- 1,000 young people supported with skills sharing sessions with The Prince’s Trust
- Top 50 in Glassdoor Best Plaus to Work
- 6,000 members in our D&I networks
- 477 colleagues completed inspiri training for digital inclusió
- 370 school students aged 14-18 joined us for work experience placements
- 82 people took part in the 2023 Diversity on Boards programme
